From FTS to STF
FTS Transport en Logistiek B.V. has a long history in transport and distribution, with two specialisations: parcel distribution and road transport.
FTS remains active as the parcel division. STF Logistics is the specialised truck division focused on further development of national and international road transport.
STF's future lies in further electrification, European growth, the Türkiye corridor, digitalisation and multi-year partnerships with clients.

Continuity is where we set ourselves apart. Our planning is built to adapt when the situation changes.
Driver unavailable
Planning switches immediately; where possible we deploy a backup driver or replacement capacity.
Vehicle breaks down
Where possible a backup vehicle is available; otherwise technical support is deployed as quickly as possible.
Extra volume
We scale up with extra manpower, our own vehicles and available charter capacity.
Delay
Monitoring via the client's system and our own GPS; we proactively communicate relevant deviations.
Urgent change
Direct coordination with Operations; in case of major urgency we escalate quickly to the best available solution.
For structural clients, SLA agreements are possible on reachability, escalation, KPIs, reporting, POD, tracking and replacement capacity. We do not communicate absolute replacement or response-time guarantees unless we can demonstrably deliver them.
